Kindpact COVID-19 Updates
Nothing is constant. Learn about how we have adapted in response to COVID-19.
Has the strain of COVID, technology, work demands, and politics taken its toll? Has been months or even years when you last had time to connect with yourself and nature? You are invited to take time out of your daily routine to nourish your mind and focus on reconnecting with yourself for a weekend in silence.
You will have the choice to partake in mindfulness practices (meditation, mindful movement/yoga, body scan, walking meditation, mindful eating), as well as explore the beautiful grounds of La Salle Manor Retreat Center. This retreat is led by Mindfulness Midwest and Margaret McGann with Melissa Leger assisting in meditation guidance.
